Preparing Healthy Foods for Your Family Just Got Easier…
Well, it’s easier to hide the super foods in regular everyday meals. Have you tried time after time to get your kids to eat their vegetables, without any luck? Missy Chase LaPine, Author of SneakyFoods.com has several recipe books that help make any meal a healthy meal.
Missy was interviewed on the tv news, and did a taste test where the newscasters had to decide which was hers and which was not. Needless to say, after having read up on her recipes and seeing the taste test, this may just be the way you are able to get your children to eat their veggies without even knowing it.
