Larry H Miller, A Man Who Loved Utah

by Molly on February 21, 2009

I know this sounds crazy coming from a woman, but, I have been so teary eyed (really holding the tears back as best I can) over Larry Miller‘s passing yesterday. Coming from a woman, this does sound crazy! I have watched so many games in the Delta Center, whether I was up in a box or in the seats watching.

Yesterday when I heard about his passing on the radio, I really felt like I had been slugged in the stomach. I really have wanted to cry, but, for some reason it just doesn’t feel right. He led a good life, left a legacy for our whole state, and must be needed in heaven more than here on earth.

I feel for his family, his wife, children, and grandchildren. I send my love, and can’t wait for someday in the future (in the eternities) to be able to tell Larry face to face how great a man he is, and how much he was an inspiration to me. He was a good member, a good man, and a fantastic example of an Entrepreneur.

Larry, you will always be remembered by me (as me and my husband will tell our children) as A Man Who Loved Utah.

Believe me girl, I know what you mean. I shared that same slug to the stomach.
