First, I just want to thank “Molly” for allowing me to share my new site called VisitingTeaching.net with all of the Molly Mormon readers. I started VisitingTeaching.net because I like to make fun handouts for the sisters I Visit Teach and they always wished they had something to give their sisters like what I gave to them and I also have a testimony of the program that it works. So, I figured I would share it with other Visiting Teachers too and make it easier for all of us to Visit Teach.
This month is a fun one. As we know this month’s message is titled “Search the Scriptures Diligently“ as well as Easter & General Conference. You can download the VT message in PDF, Print the text from LDS.org or even listen to the message, maybe while you’re putting on your make-up or something. I posted a few enhancers which I hope can help.
1. Resurrection Rolls – to celebrate the Atonement of Jesus Christ, the marshmallows disappear just as Jesus did from the tomb. Great gift idea for your sisters and even for those who have kids.
2. Treasure Chest – To go along with the message I handout/enhancer which you can print, cut and fold into a treasure chest and has some scripture references found in this month’s VT message.
3. Scripture Reading Charts – I was able to find 8 different scripture reading charts. My favorite is a chart in the shape of a temple.
4. Scripture Reading Calculators – Need to know how many days it’ll take if you read 4 pages a day or even want to finish in 30 days, these tools will help.
5. 30 Day Book of Mormon Challenge – Join the VisitingTeaching.net team at ReadTheScriptures.com and monitor our reading progress for the goals we’ve set. I want to read it in 30 days, I know if we can help each other we can do it.
Those are just some of the things I’ve posted thus far. I also have a cute “treasures” chocolate wrapper printable, Treat Tuesdays and more coming throughout the month. Sign up to receive email updates and you’ll always know when we post a Visiting Teaching help or handout.
Love,
Linda – a Visiting Teacher like you!

Linda will be contributing here at Molly-Mormon on a monthly basis, sharing her Visiting Teaching Tips and helping us to all get more excited about our calling as Visiting Teachers. If you have not been to VisitingTeaching.net you really ought to take a look after you follow the great links here in her current post!
